"Everything was good at first. Due to an illness a couple payments didn't go through at first but were paid. They took me off auto pay and said I had to pay over 700 to keep active. The jerk emailed me saying it's not his problem. Very unprofessional. Not they sent me to collections and jacked up my credit. But I told the idiot I was getting a new policy. Well let the AHs office and BBB know unless they zero out this issue. Allstate, you now have 30 days to correct this nonsense."
"The positive reviews for this place astound me....Sinclair doesn't ever return my calls and makes everything a pain. Going to be moving my 10 policies over to a new (small) company soon, these big company agents do not care the way they used to."

"Wanted to get a quote from John about business insurance, he stated it would be more work for him to obtain that kind of policy. Excuse me? Aren't you in the insurance business? Called him several times since to at least get a quote, he doesn't call back. This was after he gave me another number to call, and he keeps blaming Allstate for his phone service. We have gone to another insurance company/agent where we get more coverage at half the cost. Would give zero stars if I could."
