"I was asking for a quote. Things were going good until she was sending me an updated quote. The attachment in my email was not my quote. It wasn't even someone else's quote! It was a document for a claim that had seriously personal information on it. Addresses, phone numbers, vin #'s, DOB, and SOCIAL SECURITY numbers!!! I emailed her notifying her of her mistake and a way to help her not make that mistake again and never received a response. I went with a different agent, because if she did that to someone else she might do that with my information!!"
