"This company lied about my position during the interview process, and I was told I'd be mentored throughout my training by the managing partner himself. Never happened. There is no time for new agents. Only works with you until you poach your friends and family, then tell you good luck pretty much. They can give you all the sit-down training they want. Nothing relates to field training. I was lied to about my position. I was told I beat 80 people for a management position, and then I found out from other new agents who resigned that they all were signed up for the management position as well. When I resigned a week before the months end, they told me corporate would release my check at the end of that month. It didn't happen, so I emailed the managing partner, J.P. that I have not received my check a week into the next month. He told me he has no control over releasing checks or any authority to rush the process. Today, he called me telling me they just produced my check in the office, and I can go pick it up. So I was even lied to about that. Then, get this. They don't pay you your bonuses, which is 80% of your pay when you resign. Total rip off just another army recruiter telling you what you want to hear to put more money in his pocket. He was bragging about how he spent $13,000 the first 2 weeks in January !!!! It's not worth your time."
