I got comfort, I got reassurance and they helped me through everything that I needed to go through. They helped me redo my resume, they helped me log onto sites for job applications and file for my unemployment. Not only that, my boss decided to fight me on unemployment and they helped me appeal it and I won! Yes there is free help out there with the State, but they don't really assist you they just tell you how to do it and I was so confused that I really needed someone to sit down and SHOW ME what to do! I would advise everyone and anyone to come here and get personal assistance and let them show you how to do everything step-by-step. They don't just send you off and leave you alone to figure it out! Best thirty bucks I have ever spent!!! Thank you UBSNM! You guys are GREAT!!"
