"General Healthcare Is good coverage but glasses they only pay 17 dollars for which was fine until the only affordable options suddenly don't accept this insurance so pur only choice is 150 dollar plus frames which is ridiculous for an 8 year old who will break or lose them"

"I'm a presbyterian member of Presbyterian dual plus and Presbyterian centennial care. .I had an aquatic therapy appointment and was dropped off at the exit instead of the main entrance. I missed that appointment and I wasn't able to reschedule that appointment I don't remember the date. After that appointment. Then I missed another therapy appointment. That was on the 27th of September. Wasn't able to reschedule that appountnent. Then I missed a Dr appointment on October 5th.because I was late. That one was rescheduled for January next year. I have another appointment coming up. Think I'll use sunvan for this one. At least with sunvan I know I'll get there on time ."

"I have dual coverage (Medicare and QMB Medicaid). They billed me for co-pays and deductibles in 2022, which is illegal. Insisted I had to pay or I couldn't get my surgery even. Even ruined my credit by sending my bills to a collection agency! I've been fighting with them now for a refund. I've even contacted the attorney general of New Mexico. Next step will be to contact Medicare and have them impose sanctions against them for illegal billing. Not a good way to treat people!!"

"My oftamologist prescribed eye drops for my severely Dry eyes. I can't wear my contacts until that clears. I'm am also waiting on my prescription glasses from Sam's which came in chipped. Those got sent back. My eye drops got denied. I'm having to go back to my Drs office ievery single day to get a different prescription which keeps getting denied. The prescription is now a month old. I have called your office every day to get m ya prescription approval denied. Your service sucks!!!"

"I have Presbyterian dual Plus insurance. Starting to regret switching from United health insurance. Pretty bad when transportation calls you and cancels less than 24 hours for you to find another. They tell you all what will redeem whatever money you spend to get to your doctor appointment. Are you freaking kidding me I don't have anybody to take me to the doctor appointment that's why I called them to begin with. Superior transportation never did that to me when I had them before. The 50 round trips with transportation is the whole reason why I switched insurances because of my health issues. You call them and they just say the same thing well we'll reimburse mileage for whoever takes you, not good when you can't get clients to their doctor appointments. I wouldn't recommend insurance to anyone!"
