"Had multiple issues with a bill that took 4 months to get resolved. Every time I called the office, someone would promise to get back to me...only to never call again or follow up. Had an accident and the rep from their office didn't even ask if I was OK, just wanted to know if I was making my next insurance payment. When these behaviors were brought to Mr. Armijo's attention, he had a million excuses why it wasn't his fault and he never appologized for the inconvience. Had to switch to a different agent."

"Every time I call, Gary or another agent is never in. His assistant is in training and cannot answer my questions. I called road side assistance today, I spelled my address name 3 times. They told me it would be one hour. I was emailed a confirmation receipt for the amount I paid that went over the free 10 miles of towing. They had my address wrong. I called back and gave them my address again, State Farm told me they would contact the towing company. I revived a call back 45 minutes later from road side assistance saying they are looking for my house. They gave me a wrong address again. Finally they input my correct address and said because of the mistaken address it would be another 2.5 hours to get towed!!! The worst service ever. I’m shopping for a new company."
