"Investors!!!! Please be careful because you deal with this company. It’s the worst company when you need to withdraw your fund to transfer to another company. They told me it would take 4-6 weeks to transfer my Roth IRA to another company. It’s now been more than 6 weeks. I have been calling every week to follow up and was told by the “ CEO Tony” it would be take another 2 weeks for them to “review”. We shall see !!!"

"I started a Roth and Traditional Self Directed IRA, and they did a WONDERFUL job at following up and letting me know the next steps. I think you should use them for your Self Directed IRA needs!!!"

"Since November 2023, I was told I needed a medallion guarantee stamp to transfer my funds to Quest. I made several attempts to go through my bank and UPS to get this with no success. I was then told that STC would accept a notary stamp. i did get that done at UPS with a transfer form. Once the form was mailed to STC as certified mail, I was told the form would be emailed to Quest. I was never ever told it would cost me $805. The $55 wire transfer to Quest was not the problem 1/24. The $695 to close my STC was a major problem for me a rightful so and at the last minute. I could have been advised to keep the funds there."

"I’m a real estate fund manager and this is the most horrible experience my investors and myself have experienced. They are quick to get your money into their system but the transparency and the communication of this group is total garbage. They took funds out of my account to pay for the yearly fees instead of charging my card so I can pay it as a business expense which I elected for. They also have a mastermind I paid for and their CEO is inconsistent with facilitating the mastermind and there is no prior notification of the meeting until a day or two before. The mastermind was $3k but isn’t worth much because of the inconsistency. Now that I’m rolling my funds out of this company into another one they are telling me it’s taking 4-6 weeks to process even when there is only cash balances with no investments currently. They outsource their work to another group to manage compliance for the accounts so I have to deal with 2 different businesses. Their operations are innefficient. I never write bad reviews but this company deserves it. Also I’ve notified all my investors to start moving their funds out of this group as well."
