"Dr. Quick was good, his staff sucks! I made an appointment months ago, they just called yesterday to say my ins. won’t cover an eye apt. for 2 more years. I made it clear when I called that Dr. Quick said at my last visit last year that I need cataract surgery. It is their job to know that means that my medical insurance will be required. They have litterly had months to look at my file to verify this. So the lady gets snooty with me when I tell her that I did let the person know that I originally scheduled with that I need cataract surgery, she’s says “we don’t see your file when we scheduled your appointment!” Well, Duh! you have had plenty of time to look at my file haven’t you?? Also, when I did get glasses last year it took 3 months for them to come in. When I called the first time to see if they were in yet , I was told”we told you we would notify you when they are in!” So after another 3 weeks of waiting, I call again and am told that my glasses were in the whole time! They just “forgot” to notify me. I will be finding a new eye clinic!"
