"My daughter who is nine years old recently told me she is tired of dressing like a little girl and feels like she would feel more like herself in darker "goth" clothes. Obviously as a Dad that is not part of this culture, I didn't know where to start. Some people on reddit recommended this store and I'm so thankful they did. On Saturday March 9th I took my daughter to this store right when they opened. I explained the situation to the woman working there and I explained that I was clueless about this culture. The woman was wonderful and gave us the best customer service I've ever received. She gave us the ins and outs of "goth" and picked out 5 outfits for my daughter that were "goth" but also appropriate for a young lady. We wound up buying 2 of the outfits. My daughter was so excited and I feel a lot more comfortable about my daughter exploring this subculture. The outfits were expensive. But it was totally worth it for the service and knowledge she gave this out of touch dad. Thank you!"
"I usually have a decent enough experience in here and love the items but Jesus Christ the girls that were working when I went in this last time were so damn rude. My friend had a drink with a lid on it and she told my friend they didn’t allow food or drinks. I get it. My friend said oh what should I do with it ? And this girl said “you just can’t be in the store.” Lol. I used my gift card that day so that I never have to go back. You can also get the same items online for a cheaper price. :)"
"I love this place, however everytime time we've gone in, we've been followed around, even after buying something. Then had to come back and return something. She refused to give me my money back. Says they don't do cash returns even with receipts. They should put a sign up saying no cash returns even with receipts. Just saying."
