"I started seeing Dr Manlove around 35 years ago. I have always found him to be very caring, gracious, knowledgeable, and available as needed. I saw Sherrie Jackson for counseling for years and was sad (for me) that she retired: she made a huge difference in my life! After several years of doing pretty well, I once again needed help. I knew right where to go. Every staff member I’ve met is wonderful, and I have always felt welcomed. If one method doesn’t work, we move on to another. I’ve never given up hope, which is what is paramount with mental health struggles."

"I will be writing this review anonymously as I am currently a patient, but I am very unhappy with treatment lately. There are often gaps of four to five BUSINESS DAYS where I can not get a refill on my prescription or even get in contact with anyone. If you try to call, the secretary at the front desk will most likely never answer and confirmation that your voicemail is going through is almost never received. In the past, going on four days, I have received ZERO contact for any of the daily voicemails I have provided regarding appointments, refills, etc... I suggest going elsewhere."

"My college daughter moved up to Rapid City and needed a mental health provider, unfortunately she picked this one. I should've know when I read the information on their website about the NPs that they didn't have experience with mental health - and it showed. My daughter had been on a particular med for several years that she believed had really helped her and they refused to use it and wanted to try it their way - with meds she had used in the past that didn't help. They didn't listen to her. The NP said she wasn't a counselor and so she couldn't talk to her, she just managed her meds...poorly. She was slow to renew refills while my daughter was out of meds, in crisis, and leaving messages. I think they just want money as they always asked about paying the balance. We wanted to wait and run our out of state insurance first before we paid any of it and that NP charged way too much time for her 10 minute "service". My daughter's mental health was definitely worse after spending time with this office. I just wish we would've gotten her out of there sooner."

They gave me this new doctor Laura shrieber, she has no compassion or take the time to know and understand her patients situation. When I asked to change providers within the office she had called me and tried canceling the same prescription I’ve been taking since I was 7."
