"I am a customer for life! These guys went so above and beyond for me, particularly Robin and Jonathan! 10 out of 5 stars! I bought a Frigidaire dishwasher (I do not recommend Frigidaire.) It broke the second time I ran it, I had paid extra to have it profesionally installed by Lowe's. I called Frigidaire customer service, they said they would send me the parts and said "I could fix it myself!!!" I told them I was not comfortable with that and they said I could call them when the parts came and they would schedule a technician. Fine. It took THREE weeks for the parts to get here! I called Frigidaire again, they set me up with Crown Tv and Appliances, and washed their hands of me. Crown could not have been more professional and kind. They were clear and prompt in communications. It was a Friday when the parts arrived so they scheduled the service for Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning rolls around and I discover that one of the parts Frigidaire sent me looks like it was run over before being shipped. I was gutted. I had only been able to use my new dishwasher 2 out of the 5 weeks I had owned it. Jonathan was lovely and understanding. He said he would order the part and they would have it by early next week at the lastest. I was appreciative, but I wouldn't be writing this if that was the end of the story. At 4:45pm that same day I got a call from Robin, to say that Jonathan had told her what happened and they had called around until they found the part locally! They would get the part tomorrow and Jonathan could install it on Thursday. I cried. I told my mom and she cried. But there was a hiccup, my cat was having surgery on Thursday and the pickup time coincided with when Johnathan could do the repair. The absolute sweethearts at Crown tv and appliances, literally tied themselves in knots to accommodate me and my cat. I am so grateful. I will be sending my whole family to these wonderful folks! Run away from Frigidaire and toward Crown tv and appliances!"

"Our 1.5 year old LG dishwasher which was past the 1 year main warranty period started making a loud squealing noise and we were told by LG that we needed to have a local authorized LG repair service evaluate and determine if it was the 10 year warrantied wash motor that was causing the problem. LG gave us 3 local service providers to pick from, and we picked Crown TV and Appliance after checking reviews. Jonathan from Crown came and quickly verified it was indeed the motor, ordered a new motor, came back in a couple days and completed the installation. Although it did cost us a couple hundred bucks for the 2 visits and install, we saved about $300 on the cost of the new motor due to the extra warranty on that part. Crown, and Jonathan, were great to work with, efficient, reliable, and professional. We can recommend them without hesitation."

"Crown TV did an awesome job responding to our service call to repair an LG refrigerator ice maker. I placed the request one evening at 7p and by the morning they were in contact and tracked down the part locally so we wouldn’t have to wait for it to be shipped. It was installed that same day. So awesome! Both Robin in the office and Jonathan who came to do the repair were excellent. We will definitely contact them for any future repairs. Highly recommended. Thank you!"
