"Ordered part. Arrived super quick, but totally wrong part. Called. I calmly asked what should be done? Sent pics as requested, gave them the explicit part number the vendor gave me. They ensured me they would resolve it. Days later. Ignored emails "can you give me status?" ' I NEED this part. The part you pictured w my provided part number is the one I need.' phone calls, phone msgs left... very cordial on my part EVERY TIME. I know mistakes happen, but, NOTHING? I would have been happy w "sry. That part is out of stock!" Just be honest. Finally, I raised acdispute w my credit card Co. just in case there is some clock limit on the transaction. Then - they finally responded - and in just a couple hours of my raising my dispute. Result: I got stuck w a very large return shipping fee for their screw up! Wanna bet they find an "issue" with the returned item so they can reduce a refund? I took pictures ... just in case!!! Yes, i used their boxes, padding, etc. Make sure to ask if they will pay shipping for returned goods before doing business w them. So much for customer service. Better yet - avoid this business."
