"EDIT BELOW Great presentation from Bradley! Very impressed by these products. I love our new rainmaker! OKAY EDIT: That was my original post because I felt obligated to give 5 stars and a great review at the time. Let me start from the beginning: I filled out a survey via FB on one of my friends pages. I signed up for what I thought would be a 45 minute demo on my FREE rain maker. Bradly was right on time, 7:30 on the dot. We had comfortable conversation while he set up, and that continued throughout. We were NOT expecting a Rainbow vacuum demo, but went along with it seeing as how well Bradley was doing and that the demo seemed cool. When it came time to find out the price for this vacuum (which we weren't interested in to begin with) we were absolutely shocked at the price tag. When we told Bradley that we were not interested, he said fine and that he would just call his boss to tell him that he's finishing up. Now, this is when things get weird. When he gets on the phone, you can tell that the call is completely scripted and it got very awkward. Bradley started saying things like "she loves the way HER new Rainbow does this" and "he loves the way HIS new Rainbow does that" and continues to make a deal with his boss for us (even though we said no). He comes back with another number for us, which was impressively low, but still did not work for us. Bradley then gets back on with his boss and they crunch more numbers. After about a minute of this, he says "oh, let me tell them the great great news!" He then awkwardly sticks out his hand (as if to shake on a deal) and gives the new price. We again awkwardly look at each other and then still tell Bradley no. He then tells his boss over the phone "oh that's still not going to work. Okay bye." Visibly upset, Bradley begins packing up his things, and awkwardly asks us "what? Did I do something wrong during the presentation??" We had to reassure him that he hadn't, but we just didn't think that this vacuum was worth over $3000. He got personally offended by this statement and said "Not worth it?! Wow. I've never been told that. That's definitely a first," and again asks us if he did something wrong. It got immediately tense and I was feeling very uncomfortable by how he took our refusal. He then gives us our list of people who we thought would be interested in this presentation (before all this) and asks us to put a sticker next to those who we thought would be able to FINANCE one of these vacuums. We said that we didn't feel comfortable doing that because that seemed really personal. When we refused he said "It's really not that big of a deal" and just put the stickers on himself. At this point I'm honestly pissed and almost told him to just take everything, including the free "gift" and to just go. He kind of saved face by apologizing and calming down. The vibe was still very tense, but he continued to talk while he packed up. We were relieved once it was over, to say the least. This company obviously preys on young, impressionable kids. Bradley has a very bright future as a salesman. He did extremely well until he got offended by our refusal. His response to a "no" was handled totally wrong, but you can tell that he was taught some ways to guilt-trip those who don't accept. If we could go back, we would have never signed up for the rain maker. It was definitely not worth the hassle! The demo lasted 2 hours and 30 minutes! And a $3000 vacuum is outrageous!!"

"Very impressed! I bought my rainbow vacuum from here 6 years ago, it recently started having a problem with what thought was the motor. I called the phone number on my warranty half expecting it to be disconnected but was happily surprised when someone picked up on the second ring. I was told to just go ahead & bring my vacuum by. They're still in the same location so I knew exactly where to go. This company stands by their product! My vacuum was fixed (turned out to be the computer) at no charge to me & it was done in just one week."
