"Called Pendleton to see if I could exchange a sweater that was gifted to me last year. Was told on phone that I could do that. When I came into store the "manager"? made a unprofessional remark regarding its age and then came over to me with a $34 exchange credit on a $120 brand new sweater. The Albuquerque store and its female management, gives Pendleton a bad name. Will never shop the store again, and will NOT recommend to my out of state clients, this location."

"They don't just make blankets! I'd been looking for beach towels and I wanted two dozen or so, with enough variety that guests would mistake someone else's towel for their own. Pendleton solved that problem for me with their enormous variety of different patterned spa towels! As I was being rung up, I looked around and was surprised at the variety of different products they had. Blankets, towels, tapestries, clothing for men and women, and even small housewares. I had no idea they made more than blankets!"
"What a great place. I have a small collection of Pendleton blankets but do not know much about them. Earlier in the month I called Pendleton Corporate Customer Service for some basic questions like: Why are some blankets soft and others feel thinner and the answer I got was "They are all made the same." Well Now that I talked to Betsy C. at the Albuquerque store I learned the difference between napped and un napped. I think Corporate needs to send their Customer Service folks here for some product training. I also learned about the different hems and seams. Oh did I get a blanket? You bet I did, I got the Shelter Bay and also bought the matching Victorinox pocket knife. What a great experience along with customer service."
"I have shopped here numerous times, and have brought visiting guests here. The associates have been extremely helpful — I'm baffled by the negative comments. Good store, and the brick and mortar full Pendleton Stores are few and far between. The only one in New Mexico, well worth the visit."
