"To begin we have been customers with Ortega’s for over 29 years and we have never had any issues with them. I recently spoke to a Chris who was very rude. He basically told me if I didn’t like it to go somewhere. He was very rude and full of attitude. I explained to him that almost a week has gone by with no propane and that I was told on several occasions it would be delivered. How can you trust a company when they have already told you several times they will deliver but don’t deliver? I live less than 3 miles. But now I am rude for questioning the date they will deliver. You think I am gonna trust you after being told several times you will be out to deliver.We never had an issue with Abe the ownerI Must be nice to be one of the few companies in Grants that can treat their long time customers bad."
"Zero stars if I could. This old man is nothing but attitude. Acted like I was wasting his time filling up two small tanks. Did not weigh tanks or bleed them. Charged me the price for filling up two empty tanks when both were half full. Find somewhere better to go. I know times are hard but treat your fellow American honestly and with a little more respect."
"Nice place where I was able to fill up my RV tank and two separate tanks. I didn’t give it 5 stars, due to the difficult area I have to turn into in RV. If you have anything over 30’, you may want to have other options, just in case. But excellent prices on LP! And quick service."
