"UPDATE: I WANT MORE PEOPLE TO KNOW THIS. First I want to say that I have been in and out of therapy for 16 years.. All my children have issues as well as I do. we missed a couple appointments not without letting them know. Then we had to do telehealth and that ended up being a problem or difficult, i think because they forgot. Nora and Brian were perfect and I told them From the beginning that our family would be hard. They took us in and they were great. They STARTED out perfect and everything was great. They knew how vulnerable I was and how sensitive I was. They decided they were going to TEXT ME instead of my Husband on a Sunday and FIRE us as a family. I HAD A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN BECAUSE OF IT. I EVEN GOT ADMITTED. THEY ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO TAKE ON BIG FAMILIES WITH LOTS OF MENTAL ISSUES AND THEY LIED ON US TO PROTECT THEMSELVES."

"We were referred to Mr Satterwhite by a school counselor for my child to be evaluated for autism. The appointment was on 11/8/22. Upon arriving I was told that he would not be able to give an actual diagnosis and that I would need to personally give the results of the Vineland/Gars to our primary care Dr once completed. We spend a couple hours going over these form during which time he had very minimal interaction with my child. Once all questions were answered we left and it wasn’t until 1/4/23 that I received an email with his completed paperwork. I then attempted to give this information to our primary Dr and was of course told that they needed this paperwork directly from him. I signed a release of information form so they could request the evaluation results from him. Our Dr made many attempts to reach Mr Satterwhite to request a fax number so they could send him the release of into form and in turn get what they needed. He did not answer the phone or reply to any voicemails. On 1/31/23 I called him myself and told him what we needed and he seemed very confused. I was able to get his fax number and provided it to our Dr. at which time they faxed him the release of info form and requested he send over the Vineland/Gars paperwork. It is now 2/13/23 and he has yet to reply to any of our Drs requests, and we have now given up and started the process over again with a new autism evaluation under a different Dr."
