The Dunkin Donuts on La Orilla rd NW, Albuquerque, NM has horrendous wait times and the coffee taste bad even after ordering an extra shot.Everytime we come here, we wait at least 20-25 minutes for a coffee.This is ridiculous and should be addressed immediately. The one on 4208 Central Avenue, Albuquerque, NM is GREAT and we love it!"
"This DD is so trash I've tried to buy my wife and I coffee from here 4 different times just in 2020 and every single time their machines are down. I'm a simple man, I just want a caramel macchiato without having to drive off post to Starbucks all the time. We need a Green Beans Coffee on post!"
"I usually go to Starbucks but out of convenience I have been going here! The first time my vanilla iced coffee was amazing! Sent my husband for a drink. Wrote down my order I had previously said from my last experience and he came home with ice, coffee, and syrup in the cup. No milk! I had stated with a shot as I did last time! The man was rude to him and overcharged him. I had my receipt from my last purchase! I went in today and ordered the same thing and the coffee tastes nothing like the first time. The male that works there makes it a miserable experience! He is rude and the drinks never taste the same. If you want cheap coffee that never tastes the same, want to wait 5 hours, and get treated rudely WHILE PAYING FOR A DRINK then this is the PLACE FOR YOU MY FRIEND!"
"I don't want this review to impact Dunkin too poorly, but I went to the store on Valentine's day morning, not realizing it was Valentine's day and waited in line for about 20 minutes only to find out they had 1 type of doughnut left. Prepare for holidays! And let people waiting in line know you are out of doughnuts! It's not hard. Usually this place is awesome."
