"These guys really don't have any customer service. Everyone is a jerk here. They know they have you trapped, prices have doubled since the pandemic. It's not the cost of materials it's just the increasing profit. I find the best value in town is Costco, where you can purchase their Interstate Batteries for $109, or pay over two hundred for the same battery at this place."
"Wonderful experience! I walked in wanting 4 custom battery cables. I gave them the wire gauge, lengths, and lug sizes. They found the red cable they didn't know they had, made up just what I asked for, and I left 30 minutes later a happy customer. And the price was right. Very friendly and helpful at the counter and the guy from the shop. I even feel better about the state of humanity. This beats online by a mile. Thanks guys."
