"Definitely my favorite location to grab a quick coffee while grocery shopping, baristas Eleni and Aspen are always so friendly and caring, always deliver great customer service and make my drink perfect every time! Keep up the awesome work!"
"Barista Aspen was very rude, unprofessional and argumentative. I ordered a trenta without ice and she literally filled the cup to the halfway mark and refused to fill it up and said that her store director told her she can't unless its with ice. 1st its wrong to give a customer half of a drink for full price and 2nd its wrong to put your employee in a very bad position by making this ridiculous rule. I'll be sure to drive the extra distance to a real Starbucks where they don't have the same ridiculous service and rules."
"Baristas were very unprofessional. She seemed very annoyed when I asked for her to make sure my drink is dairy free since I have a really bad allergy (They’re not busy at all). She even rolled out her eyes so I had to watch her make my drink to make sure she makes my drink correctly."
"The service has gone down. I used to come here every morning for coffee and the staff was great. Lately I rarely come because the baristas don’t make the drinks correctly, even when I tell them the way it’s made. Today they tried to charge me $7 for a coffee that I get all the time and costs $5.65, even at that they charged me $6.35. It’s not even the money that matters, it’s being able to count on getting a good experience and for the past few months it just hasn’t been. I’ll drive the extra time and distance to go somewhere else because something is consistently wrong when I get coffee here."
