"Asked barista if the kids got chocolate was kids temp (common in food industry), she rudely said “I don’t know, I guess”. The hot chocolate for my two year old burnt his mouth badly, I tried it and it burnt mine. This was after waiting a ridiculously long time for the three small drinks I ordered because she was busy chatting with her coworkers. Horrible experience after trying to reward my little kid."

"i went by tonight for a late night drink and the experience was amazing. both maddi and hailey were amazing at their jobs and provided the best customer service i have seen in my 10 plus years of retail. they knew exactly how to fill my order quickly and it tasted amazing. so much so that when i finished off my first i went back for a second and it was equally as amazing. i will definitely go back and order it again"
