We aren’t legally your client as no one with any authority signed the phony agreement and you billed thousands before you even met with any family members with your sales pitch that if Dad doesn’t give you $5000 he won’t qualify for Medicaid. I’ve seen this common thread in many Complaints against you. You had “started” the Medicaid application. It was “due in one week” and you then proceeded to get ALL of their financial information. And Medicaid was denied. CLEARLY you know exactly what you are doing. You even told Dad he should sell his stocks to pay you. All snotty. Snippy. Justice will prevail. Another fake 5 star review from Christina today lol JENNY DOES INDEED HAVE DARK ENERGY! Google Better Business Bureau Reviews. All one star. Jenny calls herself a “Board Certified Patient Advocate”. A little certificate which means nothing and doesn’t even require a criminal background check. Her experience is in marketing. Read that again. Sales and marketing. Get it? Jenny brags in her review rebuttal how much money she spent on parties. Etc for the person she was appointed guardianship of. Jenny also brags about being jet lagged from a trip to Spain. Sitting at the hospital with the persons sister? Jenny is billing for all of this and racks up $165 an hour. All the alleged text messages and phone calls trying to reach the family member? Billed in increments of five minutes at $165 an hour. How in the world can Jenny Bill the family for trying to contact them and most of the time they would rather have a stroke than speak to Jenny. She bills you for trying to avoid her at all costs. One bad word. Jenny. When people share the truth about Jenny. She quickly enlists her co workers to write a five star review to try and bury the truth. Look for yourself at all the brand new five star reviews. I believe this former social worker will be caught very soon. She basically takes over the finances of an elder going into assisted living and works against the family. She is the guardian so has full control of the money. Hire an attorney instead. At least they have a code of ethics to follow. Jenny does not. Run!"

"BHA has been appointed as my mother's guardian. It's been a year and they are very focused on elderly care and well being of my mother.They have there clients interest first and foremost..they are very caring. And passionate about there role.its a tough job dealing with families and They do it with integrity and full transparency.I am Very happy with the BHA team and would highly recommend them for help with your elderly parent."

"Jenny was appointed guardianship of my older sister. She told my sisters and myself that my sister didn't have a "quality" life. So it was the hospital and her decision to put her in hospice care. Surprise, surprise my sister out lived the hospice stay. Only to later succumb to what appeared to be sepsis, in which she was never treated for do to a "care plan" set in place. My sister didn't deserve this. There's a long list of other concerns and issues we've faced along the way that I will not list due to defamation. But she is not a nice person, she has a darkness about her. Perhaps due to greed. I feel terrible for anyone else that has to experience what my sisters and I have had to."
