"Matt in Service was customer friendly and awesome. However I was sent to parts and rang the bell at the counter and parts manager was stern and unapproachable. After visiting with him a bit, he did warm up. However, he checked on my part and shared that service will have to do up a ticket and order this, so sent me back to service. He acted like I should know the process. The back and forth seems cumbersome and not very user friendly. Customers do not know how the back of the house works, thus it's not a smooth transition and becomes an awkward experience."
