"I went here with my partner as part of our honeymoon road trip. The staff was super super super friendly and chill. Hello, texting to ask for service. Every square inch of this place has intentional effort made to make it fun & visually appealing. Location, walkability, Pillows, soaps, coffee and tea, & the shower, the bar!, the vibes, all 10/10! Writing this from the hotel at our next stop in Santa Fe, and I gotta say, it’s missing some Zazz!"

"My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Zazz, and we were thoroughly impressed by every aspect of our experience. In particular, Sherri Davis stood out for her outstanding attentiveness to our needs; her dedication truly made our stay exceptional. In summary, our time at Hotel Zazz exceeded all expectations. It's a gem of a hotel that combines style, convenience, and hospitality in a way that's truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return."

"The hubs and I were road-tripping across the country, so we were mostly staying in off-freeway chain hotels at each stop for the night. I chose Hotel Zazz for our stay in Albuquerque mostly on a whim - it seemed like it would be a nice change of pace. And so it was! Decor-wise, the place is cute and quirky - a good fit for the Nob Hill area. And the staff were enthusiastic and welcoming, both in person and via text. Our room was quite comfy (king bed + great pillows!), and within walking distance of multiple restaurants and cafes - which was good for stretching our legs as well as refueling. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zazz and wouldn't hesitate to book a room there again someday."

"It's clear how much creativity and love went into renovating this hotel. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed by the attention to detail and artistry. Such a sweet spot. Prior to booking, I was lucky to be helped by a lovely person (whose French name I don't want to butcher by misspelling it). She was patient, answered questions thoroughly, and was kind through the whole process. Check in was easy, the parking lot secure and well lit and the rooms were ample in size. Later, when I called to check if I left something behind, I spoke to another person who was just as kind and great to work with. Highly recommend staying here. P.S. Be sure to buy their perfume -- it's divine and really does last all day."
