"This , place was very easy to find , and accessible to any and every part of the city you might could think of . The staff was extremely helpful and nice , and had all the knowledge to a tee... Bottom line Great place with a All A All Caps G !!!!!!"
"They should fire Enrique. He was no help. May dad stayed there and was confused Enrique didn't want to help him. I tried to talk to him myself and he refused. The front desk are bunch of liars. They treat people unprofessional."
"I absolutely love all the improvements that have been made to this hotel!!! The hotel staff are awesome and provide excellent customer service. It's definitely affordable when it comes to pricing of hotel rooms!!! I've stayed here multiple times throughout the years and I've gotta say that this place has been drastically improved and definitely for the better!!! The reasoning for the 4 star on the location of this hotel was just due to the part of town its in not being the safest and all issues in the area however I will say that the hotel staff do the best they can to ensure the safety of their guests and its pretty quiet on the hotel property and there's not really any issues on the property!!! I sincerely hope that this location keeps doing things better and better like they have been during my current stay & like my last stay in October 2023 as well!!!"
"I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was super nice, the rooms were clean, the sheets were so white and looked brand new, and Alma was very attentive. She was a pleasure. I'd recommend this hotel and I plan to stay here in the future."
"I stay here frequently. Clean towels, sheets and POOL! Most of the staff is very helpfull and friendly. Charging a deposit seems to be a new thing to collect interest on our money until they refund our credit card. I'll carry cash from now on to cover deposit and then do room walk to collect my cash back before I leave. I always like being able to park my vehicle right next to room. Never had an issue with that. Close to freeways/restaurants/grocery. I would recommend this place if you are not a pretentious snob who likes to complain and does not appreciate good value for your hard earned cash. Peace"
