"I stopped at the Red Horse BnB en route to Phoenix, AZ and I can't recommend the place enough. Phil and Darlene are wonderful hosts and the BnB is charming. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The grounds are lovely and I would have enjoyed more time to simply read on the porch. There are goats and a horse who loves to eat peppermints. Breakfast was delicious."

"My husband Lloyd and I always enjoy our stay at the Red Horse BnB. It's like a hidden OASIS close to the Airport, Old Town, the Casino, and interesting places to eat out. Darlene ALWAYS serves a delicious breakfast to start our day and we totally enjoy visiting with her family and with the other guests. We always feel safe there AND enjoy walking around their fenced property to visit their farm critters & their Pottery Barn...Pretty sure all guests leave feeling rested & pampered. They even have a pool table available and usually a crossword puzzle to sit at awhile at if you so desire. We love it and highly recommend this BnB Sharon & LLoyd Marquardt"

"If I could give Red Horse BnB 10 stars I would. The farm was purchased in 1968 and all of the love that has gone into it since then it evident as soon as you cross through the front gate. You can feel it with the comfort of the home, the creativeness of the family is evident at every corner, with a love for community and their guests and a touch of fine detail in every room. This is a place I would love to return to again! Thank you for creating such a special place in NM."

"This is more than just a B&B. It's a long-established family home in unique surroundings with multiple generations of family members on the larger site. My retired sister and I stayed for 5 days. She enjoyed the jigsaw puzzles in the common room, excellent breakfast and visiting with the family/staff. I'm more reclusive and didn't eat breakfast, socialize or use the common areas. It was perfect for both of us. Amenities are there to be enjoyed according to your own preferences. I especially appreciated the 24-hour tea/coffee/soda/fruit/snacks available since I'm more of a midnight food raider. Great people and a very special location. With a car, it's convenient for seeing all parts of Albuquerque - we even took a one-day train trip to Santa Fe."
