"By far the worst experience of my life in a motel! The ghastly disrespect and deplorable attitude I received from a woman who was barely literate left me crying in the crackhead infested lobby. All I did was try and stay over and because that was received as audacity by the counter jockey who's phone call was interrupted, (which is all I can presume) left her screaming at me that if I asked what wrong had I done she would keep my 100$ deposite when all I did was ask to stay over , innocently interrupting her phone call. I had to ask the poor policeman who was already in the lobby (on the other side) taking a statement for something else to please escort both of us to the room to make sure no damage had been done because I was baffled and did not want to be accused falsely of anything and wanted my deposit back. PLEASE PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!!! Despite being near bus routes and food and shopping it's completely unsafe. There were people shooting up smoking crack and meth (I assume) and also looking to rob people. I saw someone get mugged and the were no less than 50 homeless people camping outside. Just thinking about it, I want to cry again. PLEASE HEAR THIS CAUTIONARY TALE!!!"

"$90 for a dirty room in a sketchy area. I requested a non-smoking room, yet the blankets had burn marks on them. The remote isn't programmed to the TV. Thankfully the property is well lit and has a fence to separate the vehicles from the homeless."

"Less stars for not location but that this building has the rooms outside entrance. During the cold months, it's a pain to bear the cold when trying to check in. The front lobby closed the inside, so guests were checking in in the cold. 27° checking in at night. The area was a bit sketchy. Weird men outside the streets going into motels property and doing sketch things. Each hotel has a fence surrounding it but still leaves the gate open. I was a bit concerned for my vehicle safety, but in the morning, my car was fine. Rooms were great for the price. Paid 81.99 for a night that included 2 pets with 10$ deposit each. Bed was a king, and the bathroom was a nice size. Weird thing the two night stand lamps were not plugged in. One lamp had no outlet near it. And the other I had to plug in. The heater worked great."

"The office & site was clean. Lady at the office was very friendly & made me feel very comfortable. My room was very clean. My bed & bedding was so comfortable. Loved the fresh clean crisp smell of the bedding. Nice to have a fridge & microwave in my room, which I did use. Heater / AC worked very well. TV & remote not so much. I’m glad I have movie channels on my cell. They provided WiFi, which I did not use because I have good service on my cell. I was able to park in front of my room which is always a plus. At night it was very well lit. I felt safe. The property is gated all the way around, which I appreciated since I saw what appeared to be transients in this area. Curtains were little worn from handling. I found a hole on bed cover. No real concern. I could have used a couple of extra towels & an extra little bar of soap & shampoo since I was staying 2 nights. Restaurants, fast food, shopping & gas very close by. The property is located off a very busy street. Overall, I would recommend. I had a very comfortable stay. If I am in Albuquerque again, I would stay here."

"Every single towel was worn thin and stained. Bathroom faucet was broken. Tub has not been updated in at least 30 years. Pillows were thin and bed was awful. No amenities provided. Staff was polite. To echo many others, the homeless problem here is intense. Abandoned car in lot with slashed tires and a VERY thick layer of dirt and pollen implied it had been there for a while. Next time, I'd rather sleep in my car."
