"I went to see Fred as soon as he opened. I had locked myself out of my apartment with my 3 dogs inside. A locksmith came over right away. He worked on my door, which was difficult to unlock. He even made me a spare key right in his truck and took my door nob out to his truck to fix the locking mechanism so it wouldn't be so hard to open next time. Bonus points to the man for not panicking when my German Shepard ran out of the door to see him as soon as it opened. 10/10 would recommend."
