"Blake Anglin, a licensed electrician with Todd's Electric Services, entered a verbal "handshake" agreement to take a job and make a sale "on the side." The property was owned by his significant other, and they both knew we were not interested in purchasing the unit without electric. As there are many codes to abide when wiring up a residence. So they agreed to help us finish the electric properly to get us to buy the property. He has since backed out on his word, through no fault of ours after giving excuses to not be down at the property. When hiring a tradesman, buyers beware on this company. Litigation will not be brought to Todd's direct, but it is important to staff people with integrity."
