"I went to this location to fill up two 70 lb propane tanks I walked inside and spoke with what I assume is an employee had a conversation about filling up my propane tanks and was told to go outside and carry them across the parking lot to the scale to have them filled up which I did the length of the entire parking lot by myself only to be told they will not fill up the tanks because I am not driving an open bed truck the two employees that were inside watched me grab the tanks and carry both of them the length of the parking lot neither one of them thought it would be courteous to explain that so I asked apparently the propane expert why I wasn't told this to which he responded it's not his job I'm the guy that fills the propane so training is nonexistent customer service is also nonexistent U-Haul needs to do better this place is a joke along with the values this company clearly doesn't have"
