"This is a satellite location they have to come to unload from a different location the phone number shown on the placard to call to get unloaded was not working when I called it several times said it cannot be connected"
"This location does not have any elevators! It was so difficult for me to get my items from my vehicle up into the second story of this building. It was quite expensive to rent just a really small space. I was confused about why I had to enter my security code on two different keypads in the building in order to access my storage unit. There wasn't really anyone on site from U-Haul, so I had to drive down the street frequently to go to their main office. That was a hassle."
"Don't let you know when you raise the rent and are rude to their customers and answer questions not even asked to them. They tell you they will let you know in an email when rent is raised but don't that's a lie only time they let you know is when you owe money. And are under the influence of alcohol most of the time"
"This place offers 24 hr access with carts to haul your belongings on. Super clean and warm. My unit had a rodent trap in it(live) and it came with a free high security lock. There were cameras and alarms to keep things safe. I highly recommend them!"
"Tara was very helpful and attentive when we were moving out. She even checked my storage unit out while I was waiting for our movers to finish so that I didn't have to go back to the main location. She was very friendly and left a great impression of U-Haul in Sioux Falls for any of my future storage and moving needs. The facility was always clean and never had any concerns about our belongings there. I recommend them!"
