"Truck cab was nice and clean but bed of truck was dirty and the left turn signal bulb was blown and obviously no one checked the lights before re -renting the truck. Considering car rental is not cheap and this is a safety issue it should of been fixed before I rented the vehicle Express check in and out was good and fast."

"Had a great experience renting a SUV with the horsepower needed for a multi-day trip in this hill country. The vehicle was in decent shape and clean. Shout out to Chris who was very friendly and accommodating. He got me the exact vehicle I wanted. Check-out was straightforward and transparent. And the drop-off was literally a drop-off. It's that quick and easy. Highly recommend!"

It was very easy to return the car at the airport with just dropping off the keys and writing down a few details."
"I have rented an Enterprise car from the Rapid City Regional Airport location on a few different occasions in the past year. I found the staff to be pleasant and accommodating no matter what time you arrived at their counter to pick up your car. They care about their customers. One time I arrived late at the airport because of a delayed flight, and I needed directions to my hotel, one of their agents was more than happy to assist me. I was happy with the Enterprise cars I rented from this particular location, though it took time for me figure out how different things worked, with the latest automotive technology whether it meant my going through a lengthy owner's manual or figuring them out on my own, but I eventually did. I would recommend renting a car from Enterprise for their flexible rental car policies. Whether you choose Enterprise for your next rental car experience or not, that decision, of course, is yours to make."
