AT&T Store

"I attempted to contact the store to check on stock. Nobody answered the phone despite repeated attempts to call during store hours. When I went into the store to place an order both sales members were sitting at tables doing something on their phones (not helping people), the sales person I dealt with got up as I entered the store and was polite, but made numerous mistakes along the way. I asked for a Graphite Stainless Steel Apple Watch with a Medium-Large band the attendant first brought out an aluminum version in the wrong color. When I pointed that out he went back in the back to see if he could find the one I asked for. He came back empty handed but assured me he could order me one and I would get it in a few days. He then proceeded to place the order for the watch I asked for but I didn't notice that he ordered it with the Small-Medium band instead. A few days later I noticed the error in my order and attempted to call the store to get the order fixed. Again nobody at the store answered the phone despite numerous attempts to call. Eventually I gave up and had to call AT&T customer support who then had to cancel the order I placed in the store and had to place a new order with them to get the correct watch and band shipped to me. So if you shop at this store, keep in mind that they apparently do not answer their phone and double check everything they do because they make a lot of mistakes along the way and if you need them to correct a mistake they made, you'll have to show up in person or call AT&T customer service to get it fixed. I gave 2 stars because the sales person at the store was polite, but ultimately I would have been better off ordering directly from AT&T as opposed to going to the local store."

"Normally I abhor visits to the cell phone store. This one is different, solely because of the people working there. Jack was the absolute most personable, knowledgeable and friendly consultant/advisor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was changing platforms and bombarded Jack with endless questions and scenarios. He navigated my situation clearly and precisely illuminating and highlighting the benefits of a new and different platform, without being condescending or bringing the unwelcome sales pressures. I actually had a great time and learned a great deal during my visit to this store. The downside is the store itself as the wireless internet there was terrible. What an absolute shame that customers are unable to adequately test drive the latest, greatest and potentially powerful technology considerations due to laughably poor wireless connection speeds. In fact I was unable to fully appreciate my new IPhone 15 pro until I got home to decent internet speeds. I had to wait to complete data transfer and platform integration until I was home with a decent connection, well after the decision to buy had been made. Without the excellent and patient service provided by Jack and gracious input from Joe, I would probably have made a different decision and went elsewhere. Five stars for the people working here, Jack in particular. Two stars for the store for failing to provide the tools to showcase their products and hamstringing customers by failing to fulfill the potential of the tech they are selling."
