"Identity theft and charges under my name. No resolution after assistant guaranteed me the tank was being pulled that day seeing the false info but nothing happened..my Google location often shows I'm at the custer gas location when I never am, was and it's creepy as you could get."
"Calls are being forwarded to a call center in the south somewhere. Expect long waits on the phone and no local representative. Drivers are friendly and helpful. Please don't vent on them."

"If I could give negative Stars I would. I was a first-time customer and I was supposed to get a discount. 3 weeks after they filled my tank, I finally get my FIRST bill in the mail and it reflects a late fee and regular price. I was also supposed to be put on the monthly payment plan as well. Which my bill never reflected that. When I called the office I spoke to the secretary and she brought my bill up and noticed that I got charged full price and she said she would take of the late fee because it was not my fault. Two weeks later I received another bill again with another late fee and again no monthly payment plan. It was for the full price of the fill. I called and spoke to the secretary once again and she said she would take of the late fees and again not my fault, and she told me how much my monthly payment would be. So I paid my one month that I owed over the phone. Two weeks later I received a phone call from their corporate office stating that I have late fees and that I owed the full bill. I told her that there was a mistake because I'm on a monthly payment plan and I spoke to the secretary and she waved the two late fees because they were not my fault. The customer service rep from the main office stated that there was no record of my payment and no record of a monthly payment plan. For the last 3 weeks I have tried to get ahold of somebody in the office and nobody answers the phone. I leave voicemails and I received no call backs. This is the worst company in South Dakota. I do not recommend this place at all to anyone."
"Worst company I have ever delt with. Customer service is horrible. Corporate billing and local billing do not match and are constantly charging late fees when I pay on time. Avoid this company at all cost or prepare to have nothing but headaches. Every time I go into the office all I hear is excuses and finger pointing."
