"I purchased a 5 ton heat pump for my home approx 45 miles outside of Gallup. After checking with several companies in the surrounding area I decided to go with Gerald and his people of Eco Clima. The man was knowledgeable and friendly when I spoke with him on the phone and questioned him on details. He had no problems servicing my area. the service was prompt. Within the week a Tech and helper were at my house. The workers were attentive and respectful when I showed them my home and the details of the install, then they went to work. Demo of the old furnace, install of the new air handler and lines were ran secured and insulated the first day with the interior largely completed day 1. Day 2 they returned and completed the installation including condensor tie in, thermostat programming and then checking the system for proper function. Waste was then removed entirely when the job was complete. I enjoyed their attitude and work ethic and overall professionality. I would not hesitate to recommend Eco Clima for your next install or service. Lastly for advice I recommend first doing your own research on these systems.. time to install, parts and supplies, cost estimate and so on. And make sure you are ready to claim the rebates. This will ensure you are satisfied with your install."
