"I was just here using the ATM and tried to break my 20 at the register. I asked the customer service employee at the register for change and he said he didn’t have change, rolled his eyes and exasperation and tossed my $20 bill back at me. I’m not sure why Alon is hiring rude employees to interact with customers, but I’ll be happy to take my business elsewhere and not come here again."
"Worst…out of unleaded gas and premium, lucky if the car wash works. Owners don’t seem to care. Staff is great."
"Poor customer service. I come here often to get gas and never had any issues before. I came here went to two of the stations and couldn’t put in my credit card in. And asked a fellow gas getter if they were having issues with card insertion and she said yes. I went inside to talk to the guy working there and said hey some of the stations are having issues with putting in the card and he very rudely said I already know that these 3 stations aren’t working. And I very nicely said maybe they should put some signs out to let their customers know. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. I won’t ever come back to this gas station. Will not give my money or business to this location."
