"The company or franchise owner clearly needs to hire more staff and pay existing ones better because they don't care about their jobs. Seems a convenient location despite the lack of safety in the immediate area around it. One day their card reader was showing declined, and after I called my financial institution I confirmed nothing ever went through so the issue is at their pump. I tried to call them to let them know so they can put out a sign, but the line rang for a few minutes then hung up, then when I called back it was a busy signal, then calling back again it just rang repeatedly. When you pay a living wage and staff appropriately to reduce stress, people actually do better at their jobs and stay at them, you know."
