"I took my beloved 20 year old kitty to this vet in January to have her put to sleep and they couldn't have been nicer and more compassionate with me. From the moment I walked in they were so kind and caring and treated my old kitty with love and respect. When I went to pick up her ashes several weeks later, they were so kind and caring then as well. They also emailed me a lovely list of resources to use when you lose a beloved family pet. I highly recommend this vet, should you ever need emergency veterinary services."

"I’m feeling really conflicted. Took my good boy in for emergency care this last Saturday night. The vet we met with was compassionate, caring, and reassuring. Apparently, my boy needs surgery and I was ready to schedule it…until I picked him up this morning. He’d obviously been left to sit in his own feces. He was covered in it. The tech brought me a wet paper towel when I pointed out the feces on my hand after picking him up. This left me questioning the quality of his care here and I couldn’t wait to leave. Why he was returned to me in this condition is unsettling. Waiting for a consultation call from my primary vet to determine next steps for my good boy, and will avoid returning here if at all possible. *Noting the response here: “…we prioritize patient care and cleanliness in this hospital…” Not in my experience. Just hung up with director. Explanations of “booty baths” and reassurance that it would never happen again. This does absolutely nothing for me or my dog in the negligent condition in which he was returned. I, at least, hope she’s sincere for future patients, but I strongly advise you to seek help elsewhere."

"2nd time coming here for pup with digestive issues/vomiting/bleeding. both times were great. being able to check in while on the way was amazing. the vet techs & vet, as well as receptionist were very nice."

"Just like any emergency room, there were long wait times, but the service and car given by this staff was worth it. Every single person there was kind, listened to my concerns and took great care of my dog. The ability to check in online and receive a text when it was our turn was great because we were able to return home and wait for part of the time. I also received text updates as the doctor was performing testing on my dog. Wonderful people who really care. I’m so grateful! Sarah at reception, Haley the Tech and Dr. Petersen were wonderful."
