"A Mega side washer was not putting water into the washer on hot. Tried to address it to the staff but she told me to put it on warm. I told her I wanted to wash my clothes on hot and if she could refund me. She grew hostile and walked away. I asked for her name and she address me to the number and said I could call it. Tried to call the number and the mail box was full. She was on the phone with the guy who runs the place. He sided with his employee and told me nothing was wrong with the washer and they don't need my business. I am fine with that I don't want to give my money to a place that doesn't have well working washers and they won't address the problem with those washer or to rude employees. Be careful washing your clothes here."
"Rude, unprofessional staff. First visit and was looking to use this place as my regular laundromat BUT my washer was not working properly it was no water coming out at all , I went to ask attendant for help and she responded very rudely, she attempted to give me a bottle with water to pour in the washer that was not working, then I asked if she could just give me an other washer to use then she answered not ., then she said to to ( if you don’t like it then leave) just that way ., I was baffled, my dark clothes where in the broken washer, so I have to endure until the washer will stop. I will give not stars if I could I will never comeback to this awful place. I will not recommended."
"Such a pleasant experience! The laundromat is clean and spacious and everyone is super friendly. Ms. Charlotte, the attendant, is a gem! She was helpful, pleasant, and just all around sweet. I will definitely return whenever I need to wash my spreads and comforter. Oh, and if you’re interested, I washed one medium thickness blanket and a standard mattress pad/topper in one (1) machine for $7. To dry both was only $1.50. Less than $10 is definitely a win in my book!"
"It is 24 hour laundry place. It's pretty well kept. Has stools available. Two TV's on each side by the dryers. Has a vending machine. Prices are a little steep by a quarter a two compared to other laundry mats but over all a good place."
"Great customer service, great place. All the equipment works, it's very clean, plenty of parking, WiFi, takes quarters, four machines give change, ATM, snacks, free coffee, outside seating, TV screens, 24 Hour."
