"I haven't used this business in a few years but decided to again because it's nearby my home. I've been off. The clothes went fine, although the employee had his headphones in his ear the entire time. It definitely wasn't cheap, but it's worth having your clothes looking nice. The most frustrating part is that I have to go to work at a specific time every day and their door said they open at 7:00 a.m., which was good for me. Three different days over the past week. I've now come by to find they are in fact not open at 7:00 a.m. when I pulled up their Google listing it says they're open at 8:00 a.m. try to call their number but it goes to a voicemail that is not set up. This is very disappointing that they don't even have the right hours on the door or a voicemail set up to answer."
"Had my wedding dress dry cleaned there, and on the day of pick-up, they didn’t have it. I almost had a heart attack. Luckily, they were able to find it and get it from whatever other location it was at the next day. Other than that, prices are reasonable. Will probably come back to have clothes that are not as expensive cleaned."
"I needed a button sewn back on my khakis. No big deal... just one button that had come loose. I asked the fellow who answered the phone how long it would take and could I wait. He said it would take an astounding three (3) days! That really underscores that lightning fast growth of the area has led to a deterioration in services. I live near Washington, DC, and the local dry cleaner there would sew on a button in about ten minutes."
