"The young man who talked us into the systems said the loan was a fixed rate and not a credit card type loan. Well it is not a fixed loan the rate is the same as a credit card and interest is figured on the unpaid balance. I never received a warranty for the job. I called and the operator said she would have someone call me back. In six weeks not a word from anyone. Called today to still attempt to get a warranty. We shall see. So far not holding my breath."

"Although my experience earlier this year was good and installation of a leaf guard was expensive, I was satisfied with the end result. Today, my neighbor had a Leafguard salesman at their house. Although no one was parked in front of their house, he parked his green car in front of my house and left a huge oil stain. This is the second time he did the same thing and there are two large stains on the street in front of my house. I suspect he parked there because he did knows his car leaks oil and did not want to leave a stain in front of his customer's house. BEWARE of Leafguard's salesman and his green oil leaking car!!! Regarding the owners response below, the address of this establishment on Google matches the address on my contract. Also, a sales person from this company, Paul, called me after I posted this review and said there is nothing he could do and that many of their trucks leak oil so they tell everyone to not park in the driveway. Wow, how about fixing the leak! In addition, the sales person whose car left these stains, Pete, told my neighbor that yes his car leaks oil and he would call me and come out and clean it. That was 4 days ago and I am still waiting for his call and to come and clean up the oil. The first 3 pictures are the stains he left last week. The last one was a stain he left the first time he came out, over a month ago. To avoid this kind of mess on your street, avoid using this company."
