With 40 dock doors, loading and unloading trucks is quick and efficient, allowing for faster service to customers. The facility is equipped with the latest technology, including Dematic Multi-Shuttles for stocking over 12,500 unique items, state-of-the-art refrigeration and security systems, LED lighting, a modern test kitchen, and training center. "It is a new location and a lot more space to maneuver. But they want that lumper money quick but don’t want to do that paperwork. I am done loading but been waiting on paperwork for and hour.And they got that money and hour ago."
"DO NOT TURN IN BEFORE CHECKING IN. There's room for maybe 4 trucks to park just before the gate. Park there, walk to office and they'll give you a door assignment. Fairly quick unloading, lumper wasn't terribly expensive, but the receiving office...unnecessarily rude and acted like I was burdening him by existing."
"Great receiving personnel. Like the reviews before me said, park on the shoulder of the street & walk your bills in. Usually won't take them long to get you empty. As far as backing in, you can easily back in off the street with no problems, you just have to be aware of traffic. There's no overnight parking available but there are places nearby."
"Drivers park outside the gate and walk to the receiving office in the middle of the docks. Place is tight but people are nice and got me in and out quick. You might have to back up from the street, depending if there’s trucks on docks. There’s no way to turn a 53 around in there, with other trucks in the way."
"The place is tight to back into. I back from the street. Had no issues. The thing drivers have to take notice on is be patient and back in, in order, Dont jump ahead and back in b4 the person ahead of you or you will be swearing and hating life. Example if you are assigned dock 3 wait for dock 2 to complete maneuvers. LOL, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. They started unloading me shortly after bumping the dock. There is a lumper, which I used."
