"In the last six months I've been to 90% of the flooring stores in my area. Most either had no clue about their products, ignored me completely or didn't really want to help me due to my small project size. LL was not that way. The local staff were always helpful, courteous and let me browse around and feel everything on my visits to the store. I was amazed that they were so kind and helpful and actually knew something about their product. The "big box" stores and even the smaller ones never seemed to know anything other than what was on the website or printed on the box. Their staff was never the same. Calling them was always a hassle and no one ever knew anything. NOT at LL Flooring. The same folks who I met in June were the same folks who were there when I picked up my flooring in Dec! That says something about the company. And they always either knew the answer to my questions or immediately found the answers. Not once did anyone say to me "just visit the website, it's all there" as most of the other stores did. Thanks LL for the great service. This is the first room of our house to get new flooring and I'm sure I'll be back again for much more next time. Like I said: I visited almost every floor store and only LL and one other small local shop that has been here 50+ years even came close to providing what I would consider the minimum level of service. LL went above and beyond ever single time."

"I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. the sales reps were great, helpful, knowledgeable. Everyone i encountered explained the process in detail when i would be called, when and how long when waits would happen. the communication from the staff was the best I've ever experienced. when there was any kind of issue, or question, they jumped on it to get it resolved or answered right away. We even had an issue that turned out to be a blessing in disguise and i am absolutely thrilled with my new floor. the installers were very professional and considerate. the thing that impressed me most is the transition from room to room, everything lined up perfectly. they did a fantastic job putting the floors down. I had every floor surface to include the closets done. i was impressed and so very happy. Thank you everyone at LL Flooring, you have a very happy, very loyal customer!"

"I was disappointed due to bad quality control. We received one riser already half painted, one riser damaged (I returned it for another), another riser was very dirty, one of the floor planks had a long scratch (you can only return unopened full boxes), and one bullnose that had the wrong color. Overall, 2 trips to return parts due to horrible quality control. On the bright side, John Thorpe really helped- he has 10 years at LL. Product quality is very good- we had bamboo flooring years ago and it worked great. See photos of risers."

"We bought the corelux Arcadia wood vinyl wood floors here very good price. The people are very friendly and answer questions that we have to help us out. We had to return some unused boxes that we bought and they took them back no problem. this is the second time we've purchased flooring from this place."
