"Most of the staff is friendly and my daughter really loves one of the teachers here, but I have seen them yell at the kids pretty aggressively during their recesses or when I poped in to get my kiddo early. I'm sure it's just occasional frustration like all of is parents experience but it's too bad they are not staffed well enough where they can tap out occasionally if they are feeling it on any particular day."

"I'm a student from CNM. This facility is next to the main CNM campus. I was sitting under the tree were the bickes are parked and was able to hear the teacher yelling it caught my attention because I was able to hear exactly what they were saying. At first i thought they were playing a game but in a matter of minutes 3-5 children were yelled at. One because wasn't paying attention to the moving line, the other because she dropped water on the floor, the las one was grabbed by the arm to get him out of the way. There were kids crying as they are going into the facility. We are taking about 3-4 yr old kids. I believe they need younger and patient peole to work with such young kids. Generations are changing and this kids need a people to make them better for this world. Parents this are your children."
