"I used to see Dr. Ortiz awhile back. I moved to a different office due to insurance and recently moved back because my insurance changed again. Which I was excited about at first because he is an amazing doc. Well I’ve been having an issue since going back. I’ve called multiple times on the issue sometimes waiting in hold for 30 minutes or having to keep calling because of their phone will go to voicemail but not allow you to leave one. I keep getting told I’ll send a message but no one gets back to you. The front desk staff is condescending when they speak to you. I get it though I work in healthcare and we are all overworked. But when someone has called multiple times and is still having an issue a little empathy goes a long was. Patient care coordination is far from decent here. It’s so frustrating. What are we supposed to do? If I could take care of my issue myself then I would but I can’t so get it together."

"I've been seeing Lois Moss for the last few years. I have been thrilled by her kind demeanor and thorough approach. Her advice and care has helped me hone in on some ongoing medical concerns. I can usually get in within a week to see her, and even when things are swamped, I never feel rushed. Lois gets 5 stars! Unfortunately I will have to find a new PCP as they no longer take my insurance, which I am genuinely saddened by. The front desk staff has always been fantastic to me (5 stars front desk staff!).. however, this office is BUSY. There can be long hold times and I have had issues with getting a call back for some billing/payment things, hence the 4 stars. Overall, I would feel confident suggesting Lois Moss at Midtown to any of my friends or family. She is a solid practitioner."

"Hard to get anything done here. On hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. Always have issues with insurance, they’ve overcharged me and then later I had to request a check from the practice. Not proactive about making appointments."

"I am a longtime patient of Dr. Montoya’s. Probably of about 15 years. When I tell you this man is the most caring, companionate, intelligent and skilled Dr I mean it. He never dismisses my concerns and always spends enough time with me to truly listen. He remembers everything about me and my family and shows true concern about how we are all doing. I am in excruciating pain today going on 3 weeks dealing with sciatica. It hurt so much I couldn’t put into words the pain I felt. I wanted to know what was wrong and Dr. Montoya knew instantly what to do. He not only referred me to a trusted spine specialist he sent him a message to please reach out to me asap. By the time we were driving out of the parking lot the spine specialist called. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Dr. Montoya for listening and taking action. I feel safe in his care and I highly recommend him."
