"They don't answer their phone. Their voicemail says they check it once every hour but they will not get back to you, ever. No callback, no answer. Tried three times. Got a text saying they got my referral, called the number in the text, was told it was the wrong office and to call the Cedar Crest one again, called again, same song and dance. I'll find a different physical therapist, luckily mine is a minor issue. Can't imagine needing physical therapy for serious issues and being ghosted by a doctor."
