"It seems as though this organization only cares about money instead of actually helping people. A family member, who desperately needs help and wanted services here, was turned down. They would only approve them for their intensive program, which is 3 hours a day and more expensive, versus their outpatient program, which is one hour a day. Since this individual was not able to spend 3 hours a day in program, the individual begged to be accepted into the outpatient program, but was denied. You would think that if this organization truly wanted to help people, they would realize that any treatment is better than nothing, rather than just denying people who really need the help."
