"DO NOT make an appointment online. I received a confirmation email of the appointment I made online asking to call the office to confirm. I called the office and person answering the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I was told they couldn't find my appointment and I had to reverify everything over the phone, which was fine. I was asked to come in at a later time then the appointment time that was made I was ok with that. The next day I got a text confirmation with the original time that I made online. I called the office just wanting to confirm which time I should be there. The original time I booked and received the text confirmation for or the later time I was asked to come in. Sounded like they were ordering food thru a drive thru, I could hear the order being given. Couldn't find name for appointment for tomorrow and AGAIN was asked if this was made online because they couldn't find the appointment. If you're going to be taking calls while on lunch maybe don't have the caller on speaker phone. Just felt very unprofessional and obviously the booking online doesn't work."

"Dr. Valerie Tausch is a life saver for me. I came to her after going to three allergist and multiple trips to the emergency room where no one knew what was wrong with me nor took the time to even care to figure it out. I have a severe adverse reaction to the second Pfizer COVID 19 vaccine. It amplified my immune system so much that I developed multiple allergic reactions and would have compound reactions after the initial one and couldn't figure out how to get them to stop. Dr. Valerie Tausch was the amazing professional that understood I developed Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and was able to get my reactions under control so that I could go back to a normal way of life. I'll forever remember her kindness and sincerity in my time of need. Highly recommend 100x over."

"I highly recommend this facility. After 6 sinus infections last year, I decided it was time to seek allergies shots. (and I haven't had one since!) Dr. Tausch and her staff are very professional (coming from a picky healthcare professional myself.) They accepted my insurance and it's been awesome. I appreciate her modest office that keeps the overhead cost down, while offering a professional, clean facility. She's very concern about her patients and helping them alleviate their symptoms with a wealth of knowledge. Initially, I was concern that she didn't offer a scheduled appointment time, but a 'drop-in' session. I love it- I never wait more than a few minutes and this accommodates everyone's busy schedule. I didn't think my allergies that that bad till I've come here, who knew how good one could feel during allergy season. I highly recommend Dr. Tausch to my friends and family."

"For the last 20 years, I have suffered from severe asthma, and my allergies have increased to the point where I was on more than five medication’s a day to keep my “reactive airway” from causing me to go in to respiratory distress. I heard about Dr. Tausche from a friend of mine who is having similar asthma issues. Dr. Tausche was able to reduce the amount of medication my friend was having to take and they decided to go in and see if there was something that could be done for my respiratory problems. I called and made an appointment in December 2021 and I went to see the Allergy and Asthma Center. I was tested and I have been receiving weekly shots now for a year and a half, and I am finally down to taking only three medication’s a day. I was able to get my life back. I have been able to get back to hiking, gardening and being outside. My sinuses have improved and with the help of Dr. Tausche, my allergies have reduced in severity. I rarely have to use my rescue inhaler. I highly recommend the Asthma and Allergy Center to anyone who is having severe breathing problems and allergies. Whenever, I would have an exacerbation of my asthma, the traditional treatment would’ve been to put me on prednisone, which has contributed to me being diagnosed with severe osteoporosis. Dr. Tausche treats my sinus problems with antibiotics and has helped me to move past been sick every 4 to 6 weeks. I can’t say enough good things about how much they have helped me to regain my health."

"I contacted Dr. Tausch after my old allergist’s staff left me in the waiting room several times for over an hour before calling me in to get my shot and then treating me disdainfully when I complained. Since I have been with Dr. Tausch I’ve been called in within minutes of signing in and treated with respect. She and her staff listen to concerns regarding my allergies and address them with concern. Having drop in shot clinics throughout the week makes it easy to work with my schedule and they will even work me in at another time if I can’t make it in the scheduled clinic hours.
