"Most unfriendly place I've ever walked I to. You are greeted with a sign that says sign in and sit down. There were 3 ppl at the front desk who never acknowledged us. I was there to drive a family member and had to use the bathroom. Well let me tell you!!! It was filthy. The walls, baseboards, just everything! I hope the procedure rooms were clean! The young security guard was the most pleasant person, though! Maybe he needs to work at the front desk"

"I have had diarrhea for five years. I have seen doctors and specialists both at Lovelace and Presbyterian. I have been prescribed tons of different medications. It wasn't until Dr. Mamdani who said: "Why just treat the symptoms, how about we find out what is causing this." He helped me understand the underlying cause and how to fix it. It will be a long road ahead but for the first time in five years I am no longer a prisoner of my home or always on the look out for a restroom! I wish I had gotten a referral to see him first! The staff has also been just amazing. Highly recommend!!!"

"UNACCEPTABLE!!! Husband had an appointment at 2:15 for the liver clinic it's now 3:29 been sitting in a cold room for over an hour. I stepped out to ask when he would be seen since we've been here so long they nurse says there's still 2 patients ahead of my husband this is ridiculous and it would have been nice to be told they are running this far behind since he had just taken a little longer lunch for his appointment didn't plan on sitting in a cold room all afternoon. Especially since we've never had to wait to be seen this long."

"Tried calling needed to speak to a person concerning my upcoming appointment. I wouldn’t be know if they had all my x ray and colonoscopy and endoscopy. I also wanted to make sure they had everything, before I drove 3 hours (200 miles) to see the Dr. When I called never spoke to a human got a machine saying they would be with me shortly. I was on hold for 30 minutes. I finally hung up. Completely unprofessional. Need better service and cut down on the wait time on the phone and in person."

"My husband had a procedure scheduled for today that we have been waiting months for. In preparation, he needed to take medication the day prior to the procedure. The doctor never sent the prescription order to the pharmacy. We called the doctor 6 times, and each time they lied and said they would send it over right then. The following day, we called again and the office was closed. I called the main hospital line and it took 4 tried for them to finally send the prescription in. This is absolutely ridiculous, as we would have had to reschedule the appointment and wait months again due to their incompetence. Today, we showed up for the appointment and, after my husband was not able to eat or drink anything for nearly 48 hours, they ignored our appointment time and we had to wait 3 more hours in the waiting room to be seen. Nobody in the office did anything to explain to anyone what was going on or how long the wait would be. They wouldn't even speak to any of us. The lack of competence, respect, professionalism, and general human decency at this office is absolutely appalling."
