"I went to this hanger verses the one on Martin Luther King where I completely got the run around would take approximately 2 weeks to get my orthopedic inserts resurfaced took them here it took 2 DAYS THIS hanger gets 10 stars verses the one on martin Luther King gets a negative 10 Star thanks Mr Leon Lucero and the front desk im walking on sunshine once again . UPDATE!! I had to go back a couple weeks later because my inserts were not feeling good to my feet Mr Leon Lucero once again went ABOVE AND BEYOND to satisfy me the BEST treatment I've ever experienced his compassion for how my feet fill is incrediblely out of this world. And again the 2 ladies in front were very welcoming especially Yvette thank you hanger clinic well I'm having to return on January 2 2024 after several visits my first visit I took custom made orthopedic inserts which I paid $500 couple days later I returned to get a totally different pair which weren't the ones I brought in but I went with them I returned 3 more times for 3 different made inserts but never the custom made ones I originally brought in I am stressed because my walking has declined to half I was doing 5 months ago someone needs to fix my issue please and thank you"

"Incapable of making a low profile arch support/shoe orthotic. What they gave me has tall sides like a Tupperware tub, and flares out my shoes. Unusable. I could have gone to The Goodfeet Store and gotten a low profile arch support. Won't give me my money back so I'm out hundreds of dollars."

"Went in couple weeks ago for measure/evaluation for a knee unloader requested by my VA doctor. Nicole did the evaluation & measuring. She has great professional skills at preforming her job. I worked in Orthotics & Prosthetics for 20 yrs before retiring. I know very well what skill set is needed to do this job. Hanger doesn’t require masking at this time, but she wears hers to protect herself, her school age kid, & her patients. I am highly satisfied with customer service I received. Her ability to explain the brace, wearing of it, problems to watch out for, & long term care sets the standard of proper healthcare. Clinic was clean & well set up to handle patients of all levels of disabilities. As an old retired Orthotist I highly recommend this company."

"I've been a below knee amputee since 2010 but after my amputation I told my people that I wanted the best place in the area (Des Moines Iowa) . To make a long story short and a couple of years in a support group I mentioned that I was going on vacation and would they recommend any prostheticist in the area I was going to San Antonio all was said was " Don't go to Hanger anywhere they just want to make a sale they don't listen to their customers. I always go to the small business I get better customer service and they listen to me."
