"I rated this place lower because of the "appearance" of lack of organization. I had to return twice w/my 88 yr old mother before we were tested. Then my results were delayed because they said I had no email on the form. I used the same email because my mom doesn't have her own email but once I got ahold of someone in Operations; she took it & sent the results over quickly. I wish they could organize the parking of people better so that would improve the frustration of the people & help the employees from receiving negative comments when trying to help. I wish Net Labs more positive ratings soon!!"

"They could really use signage and better procedures. When we arrived, we were told to park and someone would assist us. From observing, numbers were being handed out by row. We were in the second row, and didn’t receive a number until 12:40pm. Cars who have been here less than an hour have tested and left— when attempting to ask, you’re told to return to your car and “the process doesn’t need to make sense to you, that’s too bad.” Unless you have an entire day and absolutely need same day results, you’d be better off scheduling an appointment elsewhere."

"Took 3 attempts to get a number on my windshield! No number on your windshield means no test. My son and I waited 3.5hrs from start to finish. Got there 1hr before the “scheduled” time they distribute numbers and we were one of the last to get a number. Do the consent form while you wait! The benefit of this place is you get to wait in your car and not a germ full urgent care. Low rating based on lack of organization. They don’t give you additional info unless you ask (consent form)."

"So poorly organized that it's chaos. I don't mind waiting for hours but there is no apparent system for determining who gets to get tested and who might just sit there. A mob of angry people (many with poorly fitting masks) got out of their cars because there is no information anywhere. No signs at all. I was not the only person brought to tears by this experience. The employees are mistreated bc of how this place is managed (or not managed.) After 45 min, one of them randomly passed out numbers to some people sitting near the van and when asked how to get a number they replied "no more numbers today." Other people had been waiting much longer than them, some for hours. This place is creating a dangerous environment where people feel they have to get out of their cars to get noticed or to get any kind of info."

"The testing people are nice but the site has limited organization. They need better signs and an attendant soley for organizing cars. The first time I was here, I was the first one at the site and assigned number 20 followed by a 3 hour wait. Second time it was worse. Make an appointment somewhere if you can, or expect a long wait."
